What data we process

The information entered in the order form: name, phone, email, delivery address, company name and details, comment and the products ordered.

Why

To fulfil the order and contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), issue an invoice and meet accounting requirements (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising without your consent.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice data are kept for as long as accounting and tax regulations require. Other correspondence is deleted once it is no longer needed to fulfil the order.

Who else sees the data

The website and email delivery are provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (data processor). For deliveries we pass your address and phone number to the carrier.

Cookies

The website uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Your cart is stored only in your browser (localStorage) so the order is not lost as you move between pages.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing and to object. Write to info@epdm-shop.lv. You may lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (dvi.gov.lv).
