Delivery and payment

How ordering works

• You place the order on the website.
• We check stock and calculate the delivery cost.
• We email you a prepayment invoice.
• Once payment is received, we dispatch the goods or prepare them for collection.

Payment

Payment by bank transfer against a prepayment invoice. All prices on the website are in euros including 21% VAT. For companies, the invoice shows your company details and VAT number.

Delivery

We deliver throughout Latvia. Delivery cost and timing are agreed individually after you order — they depend on weight, volume and address. EPDM rolls are heavy (for example, a 3.05 × 30.5 m roll of 1.1 mm weighs about 126 kg), so large orders need unloading with machinery.

Flammable goods

Adhesives, primers and cleaners (BA-2012, QuickPrime Plus, SA-19, Splice Wash, C-20, S-20) are dangerous goods. Their transport is restricted, so we will agree the delivery method separately.

Collection

We will agree the collection place and time once the order is confirmed.
