Terms of use

This is a convenience translation. The Latvian text is legally binding.

1. Seller

2. Goods and prices

The website offers products of Elevate roofing systems. Prices are in euros including 21% VAT. Delivery costs are not included in product prices and are agreed separately. Images may differ slightly from the actual packaging.

3. Order and conclusion of the contract

After the order is sent, the seller checks availability and sends the buyer a prepayment invoice. The contract is concluded when the buyer pays the invoice. If a product is unavailable, the seller informs the buyer and offers a substitute or cancels the order.

4. Payment

Payment by bank transfer within the term stated on the invoice. If the invoice is not paid, the order is cancelled.

5. Delivery

The seller agrees the delivery method, cost and timing with the buyer before issuing the invoice. Risk in the goods passes to the buyer when the goods are handed over.

6. Right of withdrawal

A consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. The procedure is described on the page Right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal does not apply to companies.

7. Product quality and complaints

A consumer may file a complaint about goods not conforming to the contract within two years of receipt. Send the complaint to info@epdm-shop.lv, stating the order number and describing the non-conformity. We will reply within 15 days.

8. Use of goods

Goods must be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s technical information and safety data sheets. The seller is not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation or storage.

9. Disputes

We resolve disputes through negotiation. A consumer may contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (ptac.gov.lv) or the Consumer Dispute Resolution Commission. Disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
