EPDM roof installation

Rather not install it yourself? SIA Elevate Latvia installs EPDM roofs across Latvia using the same Elevate materials sold in this shop.

How the work goes

1. Measurements and survey. You send a plan or photos; if needed, we come and look at the roof.
2. Quote. We choose the system (bonded, mechanically fastened or ballasted) and price the materials and labour.
3. Preparing the substrate. It must be dry, clean and even. We check the old covering and the insulation.
4. Laying the membrane. Rolls are laid out to plan, then bonded or fastened.
5. Seams. Seam areas are primed and joined with Splice Tape.
6. Details. Parapets, walls, pipes, drains and corners with RPF Strip, Termination Bar and flashings.
7. Inspection and handover. We check every seam and detail and hand over the roof.

What to send for a quote

• roof dimensions or a plan;
• a few photos of the roof and details;
• the substrate (concrete, timber, metal deck, old bitumen roll roofing);
• parapet height, number of pipes and drains;
• the site address.
