Right of withdrawal

This is a convenience translation. The Latvian text is legally binding.

If you buy as a consumer (private person), you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day you receive the goods.

How to withdraw

• Send a clear statement to info@epdm-shop.lv or by post to Priedaines iela 19, Piņķi, Mārupes novads. You may use the form below.
• Return the goods within 14 days of sending the statement.
• The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.

Refund

We will refund the amount paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your statement. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back. If the value of the goods has decreased due to handling beyond what is needed to check them, the refund is reduced accordingly.

Important about EPDM materials

Unused goods in their original unopened packaging can be returned. Opened adhesives, primers and sealants, and membrane cut to the buyer’s order, are not taken back.
